COVID-19 Safety Policy for Clients (In Accordance with Government Mandates)
Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. These policies are in effect when mandated by the Government. We've established comprehensive safety protocols to provide you with a secure and protected environment. Please review the following guidelines:

Please note that these measures are aligned with government directives to ensure a safe environment for our clients and staff. 1. Appointments & Rescheduling:
- All clients are required to schedule appointments in advance, as we do not accommodate walk-ins.
- If you or someone in your household experiences any symptoms of COVID-19 or receives a positive test result, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment. No cancellation fees will be applied in such circumstances.
- Clients are kindly requested to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may lead to reduced appointment durations.
- To limit the number of individuals on our premises, we ask clients to arrive unaccompanied.
- Before entering the facility, clients will be provided with hand sanitizer at the entrance for their use.
- All clients must wear face masks at all times while inside our establishment. We kindly request you to bring your own mask; disposable masks are available upon request.
- Maintain a minimum physical distance of 6 feet from others whenever possible.
- Adhere to posted signs and floor markings to facilitate social distancing.
- We prefer contactless payment methods (credit/debit cards) for all transactions. We do not accept cash payments.
- If you receive a positive COVID-19 test result or come into close contact with a confirmed case, please notify us immediately.
- Clients displaying symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, etc.) are encouraged to reschedule their appointments.
- Our staff follows rigorous sanitation protocols, including frequent disinfection of surfaces and tools.
- Clients have access to hand sanitizing stations within our facility.
- We encourage clients to wash their hands frequently for at least 20 seconds with soap and water.
- Prior to your appointment, you may need to complete a brief health questionnaire. Your honest responses help us maintain safety for all clients.
- We continuously monitor local health guidelines and will adjust our policies as needed. Clients will be informed of any changes.
