Esthetics Training Policies
We are delighted to have you as part of our learning community. To maintain a positive and effective learning environment, please review and adhere to the following policies:
Dress Code:
- Students are required to wear clean and professional attire.
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for safety reasons.
- Personal grooming, including hygiene and neatly groomed hair, is expected.
- The use of strong perfumes or scents is discouraged due to potential allergies.
Code of Conduct:
- Respect: Treat instructors, fellow students, and guests with courtesy and respect.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Integrity: Uphold honesty and integrity in all academic and practical endeavors.
- Collaboration: Encourage a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of client information and any sensitive training materials.
Punctuality:
- Arrive on time for all classes, practical sessions, and examinations.
- If you anticipate being late or absent, notify the instructor in advance.
Classroom Etiquette:
- Keep noise levels to a minimum during lectures and practical sessions.
- Refrain from using personal electronic devices unless required for coursework.
- Cell phones are not to be used during class.
Academic Standards:
a. A passing grade of 90% or better is required for successful completion of all courses.
b. Failed exams require a rescheduling exam fee of $175.
Attendance:
Regular attendance is crucial for successful completion of the program.
Notify the instructor in advance if you must miss a class.
Equipment and Supplies:
- Treat all training materials, tools, and equipment with care and respect.
- Kits provided must be brought to each class.
Personal Belongings:
- Keep personal belongings secure and tidy in designated areas.
- Do not bring valuables or excessive personal items to the training center.
Food and Breaks:
- Lunch or snacks are only to be consumed during specified break times.
Age Requirement:
- Minimum age for enrollment is 19 years or older.
Safety:
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols provided during training.
- Report any safety concerns or accidents immediately to the instructor.
Grievances:
- If you have concerns or grievances, communicate with the instructor or designated staff member promptly.
- Follow the official grievance resolution process outlined by the training center.
Refund Policy:
- Once payment for a training course is made, it is non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, participant withdrawal, or scheduling conflicts.
Rescheduling:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to scheduling conflicts. In such cases, we may consider rescheduling the training to a mutually agreed-upon date. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of New Beginnings Day Spa.
Reasoning: Our no-refund policy is based on the tangible nature of the course materials, kits, and manuals provided upon enrollment. This policy is in place to safeguard the integrity of our educational offerings and proprietary knowledge.

We are committed to delivering high-quality training and want to ensure that participants receive the full benefits of the course. Therefore, we encourage participants to thoroughly review the course details, including curriculum and requirements, before making a commitment.
By enrolling in any of our training programs, you acknowledge your understanding and commitment to these policies. Failure to comply with these policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the program.
