As we pride ourselves in holding up the most highest of standards, we document all evidence to ensure there is no misunderstandings about what we said, offered or replied to a client with.  Sadly, you will always have those who are negative and do not care about anything other than themselves.   Sadly, this page shows how other ppl can be so devious, negative and ugly towards others, but it's important for our reputation that we post the truth.  

A Rant by a client was posted publicly on Facebook on Dec 7, 2021 with false accusations against our spa and services. Which she deleted a day later after much backlash from all our clients...here is the original post she made against us.... not only does she bash our company but she insults us directly, and then posts on her own FB page that she WAS A HIT on the RANT page..boasting that she was excited she got attention...below are also the images of the message that took place between us so there is no misunderstand about what we said to her and how we tried to help her.

After she received over 200 comments of negativity towards her rant against us, she deleted her post but posted this on her personal FB page which was sent to us by a loyal client.
